My sister gave me a white, moldy-looking, beat-up, ugly, old rocking chair she had gotten from.... i guess the trash? She was thinking Abbe could have it if I was willing to spruce it up a little as a birthday present. I WISH i had taken a before picture of this chair. It was GROSS. The paint was chipping and had some weird gunk on it and the cushions were stained with some terrible floral pattern.
Anyway, heres the final product. I washed it off, pulled the cushions off, spray painted with some left overs from a different project, and found this SUPER cute fabric!
Update: Abbe loves it! Although its currently only taken out under strict supervision since she believes its better use if for standing.
